Garmin has introduced the new Cirqa Smart Band, a screen-free fitness tracker that closely resembles the popular Whoop band but comes with one major advantage because it does not require a monthly subscription. The smart band is designed for people who want continuous health and fitness tracking without paying recurring fees. After purchasing the device, users receive access to all of its health and fitness features through the Garmin Connect app.
The Garmin Cirqa Smart Band is built for 24-hour wear and offers up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge. Although it does not have a display, it automatically tracks daily activities and records important health information throughout the day and night. Users can monitor heart rate, Body Battery energy levels, blood oxygen saturation (Pulse Ox), stress levels, skin temperature, and other key wellness metrics directly from the Garmin Connect app.
The fitness tracker also includes women’s health and menstrual cycle tracking and works with the Natural Cycles app for additional health insights. Garmin has designed the Cirqa Smart Band with a soft fabric material to provide comfort during all-day use. It can be worn either on the wrist or on the upper arm, giving users more flexibility depending on their activity or preference.
The Cirqa Smart Band is available in several color options, including Citron Gray, Mauve, French Gray, Dark Olive, Captain Blue, French Blue, and Black. Buyers can also choose between two sizes, Small/Medium and Large/Extra Large, ensuring a better fit for different users.
Garmin’s latest wearable enters the growing market for screen-free fitness trackers, where devices like the Whoop band and Oura Ring have become increasingly popular. However, Garmin sets the Cirqa apart by offering all features without a subscription, making it an attractive choice for users looking for long-term value and comprehensive health tracking at a one-time purchase price of $199.99.
